All prices listed on CJH Art & Design are in British Pounds Sterling and are subject to change without notice. Various payment methods are accepted on the site, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise me to charge the total amount of your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
I will make every effort to ship your order promptly and ensure its safe delivery. However, I am not liable for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
6. Returns and Refunds
I accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges on damaged or defective products within five of delivery. To initiate a return, please email cjh.artanddesign@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Please note that personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
